Danish green-tech company Dall Group has appointed seasoned energy executive Jørgen Ballermann as its new Group CEO, effective April 15, 2025. He joins the company to lead its next growth phase and accelerate the international development of its pyrolysis business. Founder Jens Dall Bentzen will now focus fully on technology as Group CTO.

Founder returns to his roots
Jens Dall Bentzen, who founded Dall Energy in 2007, initiated the leadership transition following the 2024 acquisitions. “My true passion lies in technological innovation. With Jørgen on board, I can now fully dedicate myself to developing our next-generation solutions,” says Bentzen.

- Successfully led international growth at Xergi A/S, later acquired by Nature Energy/Shell.
- Holds an MSc in Economics from Aarhus University. Married with three adult children.
