Be part of Denmark’s contribution to rebuilding Ukraine
DBDH and Danish Industry invite Danish companies to join the Danish Pavilion at ReBuild Ukraine 2026 in Warsaw.
Now in its sixth edition, ReBuild Ukraine brings together Ukrainian communities, public authorities, energy companies, international organisations, investors and solution providers working on the reconstruction and modernisation of Ukraine. The exhibition focuses particularly on infrastructure, energy, industry and housing.
For Danish companies, the event provides a highly relevant platform for presenting technologies, services and expertise that can contribute to rebuilding Ukraine with modern, resilient and sustainable solutions.
The Danish Pavilion builds on Denmark’s strong presence at previous ReBuild Ukraine exhibitions and provides a joint national platform where Danish companies can strengthen their visibility and develop relationships with Ukrainian and international stakeholders.
Why participate?
One of the key strengths of ReBuild Ukraine is that Ukrainian cities and communities participate directly in the exhibition. This gives Danish companies the opportunity to actively meet representatives responsible for reconstruction projects, understand their priorities and discuss where Danish solutions could contribute.
The event also attracts Ukrainian government representatives, energy companies, international financial institutions, donors, investors, developers and engineering companies.
A dedicated matchmaking platform and a program of conferences and sector-focused sessions create further opportunities to:

The Danish Pavilion is relevant for companies working within areas such as:

Companies from other sectors with solutions relevant to Ukraine’s reconstruction are also welcome.
What is included?
Participation in the Danish Pavilion includes:
- Your own exhibition space within the joint Danish Pavilion
- Access to a shared lounge area
- Coordination and practical planning by DBDH and Danish Industry
- Exhibitor badges and guest badges
- Networking with the Danish delegation
- Opportunities to establish contacts and arrange meetings with relevant stakeholders
Participation fee
DKK 32,500 per company, including participation for two persons, excl. VAT.
The price is based on expected funding covering 50% of the costs and a minimum of 15 participating companies. Hotel and transportation are not included.
