VEXVE AND BROEN JOIN FORCES

Vexve has signed an agreement to acquire BROEN, including BROEN’s well-known product brands: BROEN BALLOMAX®, BROEN BALLOFIX®, and Clorius Controls.

The combined company will be able to offer customers an even broader product portfolio, improved delivery capability, and even stronger technical support.

Vexve is owned by DevCo, an owner focused on long-term value creation and the development of world-leading companies within specific niche markets.

Vexve has entered into an agreement to acquire BROEN ApS (“BROEN”) from Aalberts N.V., which has owned the company since 1993.

Vexve and BROEN are both well-established and trusted brands, sharing the same focus on quality, sustainability, and technological expertise. By bringing the two companies together, decades of experience in valve technology are combined. This results in a more comprehensive product offering and a significantly broader geographical presence. With improved supply reliability, an expanded service organisation, and increased production capacity, customers will benefit from even higher delivery reliability and dependable, efficient solutions.

The acquisition is expected to be completed during the first half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and the receipt of necessary regulatory approvals. Until the anticipated completion, customers and suppliers will experience business operations continuing unchanged. All existing customer, supplier, and distributor agreements will remain in force, and current contact persons at BROEN will remain the same.
