As of 1 July 2026, DBDH has employed Florian Kirchmann as Project Coordinator on a six-month contract.
Florian has been part of the DBDH team for almost two years as a student assistant, contributing to several of DBDH’s international activities and projects. In particular, he has worked with INTREPIDH and RAPIDH, two projects exploring how district heating can support the decarbonisation of industrial process heat and strengthen collaboration between district heating utilities, industry, municipalities, and technology partners.
Florian has recently completed his Master’s degree in Business, Language and Culture – Diversity and Change Management at Copenhagen Business School. His academic background and previous project experience at DBDH will now be brought further into his new role.
As Project Coordinator, Florian will support DBDH’s project work, member activities, and international cooperation across markets and partnerships.
