Project launch: WaterWarmth

The core purpose is accelerating the transition towards sustainable heating and cooling based on collective surface water heat pump systems.

The project is developed and led by the province of Fryslan in the Netherlands. The project partners are a strong combination of public and private partners from Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, The Netherlands, and Sweden.

The project kick-off was in June 2023, and news about the project will be shared through DBDH channels, the upcoming project website and project partners.
