Electrification of the DH Sector
This first webinar of the TFE Poland webinar series focuses on electrification as a strategic topic for the future development of district heating in Poland. It explores how closer integration of heat and electricity systems can support the transition toward more flexible, efficient, and low‑carbon heat supply.
Starting from the Polish context, the session brings in Danish experience as a reference point for discussion rather than a blueprint, highlighting different approaches, challenges, and decision paths. The webinar also introduces key technologies and analytical tools that play an increasing role as district heating systems become more complex and interconnected. The session is designed to support strategic reflection and informed dialogue among practitioners and decision‑makers.
