At today’s DBDH General Assembly, the election of new board members took place among our valued member companies.
We are pleased to announce that Elsebeth Arendt, Head of District Heating at Kredsløb, has been elected as Chair of the Board, while Søren Berg Lorenzen, Director of Sales at Innargi, will serve as Vice Chair.
Completing the newly elected board are:
- Morten Stobbe, CEO International, Ingeniørhuse
- Jesper Møller Larsen, Director, Energy & Utility, Verdo
- Pernille Overbye, Head of Department, Rambøll
- Per Diget, Head of Department, NIRAS
Additionally, Christian Ingerslev Sørensen, CEO of EMD, has been re-elected for another two-year term.
Elected as board alternates for the coming two years are:
- Jonas Loholm Hamann, Head of Business Development at Danfoss
- Bo Vestergaard Nielsen, Global Director at Wavin
- Christian Bjerrum Jørgensen, Head of Department at PlanEnergi
The DBDH Board consists of representatives from our member companies and utilities, elected annually at the General Assembly in March, each serving a two-year term.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Jørgen Nielsen, Managing Director at TVIS, for his dedicated four years as Chair of the Board and his invaluable contributions to DBDH.
